Weeks 1–3
01Consultation & Design
- Site visit, scope discussion, budget alignment
- Design concepts, material selections, 3D visualizations
- Detailed project proposal with fixed pricing — no surprises

Week 4
02Pre-Construction
- Permits submitted, materials ordered, schedule finalized
- Your project manager assigned — single point of contact
- Temporary kitchen or bathroom setup if needed
Week 5
03Demolition
- Controlled demolition of existing space
- Selective demo — preserve what stays, remove what goes
- Daily cleanup so your home stays livable

Weeks 6–8
04Structural & Rough-In
- Framing modifications — wall removal, headers, new layout
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC rough-in
- Insulation, vapor barriers, inspection milestones


Weeks 9–11
05Close-Up
- Drywall hung, taped, mudded
- Tile installation, cabinet installation, flooring
- The transformation becomes visible

Weeks 12–14
06Finishes & Details
- Paint, trim, hardware, fixtures
- Countertop templating and installation
- Appliance installation, lighting, plumbing trim



Week 15
07The Reveal
- Final punch list walk-through
- Deep clean of finished space
- The moment you see it complete
