Sentinel was founded by Marcus Cole, a lifelong Alabama native and Auburn-trained entomologist who spent a decade in commercial pest management before realizing that residential customers deserved the same level of science and thoroughness.
It started in Birmingham with a truck, a termite probe, and a commitment to actually explaining what he was doing and why. No jargon. No scare tactics. Just clear, honest answers and treatments that worked.
Today the team is twenty-two — licensed technicians, an entomologist, and a dedicated customer service team — covering Alabama from Huntsville to the Gulf Coast. Still locally owned. Still answering the phone on the first ring.
